our return policy
We know you will love our iksplor merino, but if something doesn't work out we will gladly accept items in unwashed, like new condition. Good news, returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are free!
All returns/exchanges must be unwashed and in like new condition within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are free and must be initiated within 30 days of your order's delivery date.
- Store Credit: Returns for store credit must be initiated within 30 days of your order's delivery date.
- Original form of payment: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order's delivery date and have an $8 handling fee.
- International Returns: Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
Please note
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Clearance and FINAL Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Apparel must be unwashed, free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

We usually ship orders within 24 hours from the time the order is placed Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will ship the next business day. Shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive. International shipping orders take 7-14 business days to arrive.
Please note, weather and shipping delays are out of our control.
To initiate your return or exchange:
- Create and print a return label here.
- Place label on package - you can reuse the original packaging or use another mailer of your choice.
- Pop your package into the mailbox at USPS.
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
