1. General Shipping Information
Iksplor LLC ("we," "us," or "our") ships orders worldwide using trusted carriers. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, but shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
2. Processing Time
- Orders placed before 1 PM MST on a business day will be processed same day or shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
- During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
We do not guarantee same-day shipping.
3. Shipping Carriers
Iksplor ships orders using the following carriers:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- DHL
Depending on the destination and selected shipping method, your order may be shipped using a combination of carriers, meaning the first-mile and last-mile delivery may be handled by different carriers.
4. Shipping Destinations
We offer domestic and international shipping.
- United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International: We ship worldwide and provide customs and shipping cost estimates upfront at checkout.
Please note that some international destinations may have restrictions or additional requirements for delivery. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Typically 7-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Typically 3-5 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country and customs processing times. Most orders arrive within 7-21 business days.
Important:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless you select a shipping option that specifically guarantees a delivery date.
- If a guaranteed shipping service is selected and the package does not arrive within the promised timeframe, please reach out to the shipping provider to obtain a refund.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and package weight.
We offer the following shipping rate options:
- Flat-rate shipping: Available for some U.S. domestic orders.
- Calculated shipping: Based on carrier rates.
- Free shipping promotions: Occasionally offered on select orders (terms apply).
International Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are estimated in the shipping cost and should, but not guaranteed to cover all fees applied.Â
7. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Choosing standard shipping doesn't guarantee a tracking number will be generated.Â
- Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.
- If you do not receive a tracking number, check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at letsgo@iksplor.com.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
Iksplor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or local post offices before contacting us.
- If your package is delayed or lost, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist in the claim process if needed, but we do not provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
9. Address Changes & Incorrect Shipping Information
- Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order because our orders immediately go to our 3PL fulfillment center for processing.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
10. Order Cancellations & Returns
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility and return instructions.
