Cancellation policy
Iksplor Order Cancellation Policy
At Iksplor, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as it is immediately sent to our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) shipping floor and cannot be intercepted.
If you no longer want your order, you can initiate a return or exchange through our Iksplor Return Portal once your order is delivered. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details on eligible returns.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
We offer pre-orders for items that are currently out of stock or soon to be available.

How Pre-Orders Work:

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in inventory.

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.

Your order will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

Canceling a Pre-Order

Pre-orders can be canceled before fulfillment for a full refund.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving your item through our Iksplor Return Portal.Â
