Sale items can't be returned for a refund, but we're happy to exchange them. As long as the piece is unworn and in new condition, we'll help you swap it for a different size or color.
To start an exchange, head to our returns page or hit reply to your order confirmation and we'll take it from there.
We restock seasonally, not constantly, so once a size is gone during the sale, it's gone until our next production run. If a piece sells out between when you added it to your cart and when you checked out, we're sorry. Popular sizes tend to move quickly in the first hour or two.
If you have a piece you're hoping to grab, the best move is to have your cart built and ready before Thursday at 10am MST.
We'll do our best. Hit reply to your order confirmation as soon as you can with what you'd like to change, sizing, adding a piece, updating an address, and we'll catch it if we can before it ships.
Our team is small and we ship quickly during the sale, so the sooner you reach out the better.
We do our best to ship within 2 business days, but during the Mid Year rush things can run a little longer. If you need something by a specific date, send us a note before you order and we'll let you know what's realistic.
