Built from 230gsm 100% merino wool, the Adventure Midweight Legging is designed to be worn on its own rather than under other layers. Thicker and warmer than the Iksplorer Baselayer Legging, it holds its shape through full days of activity and keeps you genuinely warm without needing anything over the top.
The high waist with drawstring sits flat and comfortable all day — no digging in, no rolling down, and no bunching under other waistbands if you do choose to layer over it on colder days. The drawstring update introduced in Fall 2024 was an immediate hit with Iksplor families who called it a game changer for fit and function.
Merino regulates temperature naturally, so the Adventure Midweight Legging works through a wider range of conditions than a standard legging. Cool enough for active days on the trail, warm enough for cold mornings at camp, and odour-resistant enough to wear multiple days without washing.
Sizing note: Fits true to size with a comfortable, relaxed cut. If you have a curvier build through the hips or prefer more room, sizing up will give the best fit.

How to Care
- Machine wash on the gentle cycle with cool or cold water and a mild or wool-specific detergent
- Lay flat to dry to preserve shape and softness, or tumble dry on low with similar items
- Hang outside for a few hours to refresh between washes — merino naturally resists odours and bacteria, so it rarely needs a full wash
Storage
Store in a clean, dry space. Use airtight bags or bins and add cedar blocks or lavender sachets to prevent moths. Wash or air out periodically to remove any residue that may attract them.
