Baby Merino Wool Bodysuit
No riding up, no cold gaps, no fuss. This bodysuit cut keeps little tummies covered from newborn through toddler.
Warm, soft, and built to go everywhere.
The Baby Merino Bodysuit is the layer that comes with you on every adventure from Death Valley hikes to Alaskan campouts, from morning trails to nap time.
- Bodysuit cut: stays tucked, no cold tummy on the trail
- Fold-over hand mitts: warm little fingers without hunting for mittens
- Temperature-regulating merino: warm when it's cold, breathable when it's not
- No tags: nothing to scratch, nothing to bother sensitive skin
- Machine washable: because parents have enough to do
The Baby Merino Bodysuit is the piece that comes with your baby on every adventure. Made from 100% merino wool, it's soft enough for sensitive skin, breathable enough for warm days, and cozy enough for cold nights.
Merino regulates temperature naturally, so your baby stays comfortable whether you're hiking in the heat or layering under a bunting in the snow. It wicks moisture before they notice it, resists odors after a long day out, and comes out of the wash looking brand new.
The bodysuit cut is the detail parents love most. No riding up, no cold gap at the tummy, no mid-hike readjusting. Fold-over hand mitts handle cold fingers without a separate pair of mittens. And because there are no tags, even the most sensitive skin stays comfortable all day and all night.
Customers have worn this bodysuit from Death Valley to Alaska, from Maui backpacking trips to Minnesota winters and it keeps coming back for more. It's PJs, base layer, and adventure outfit all in one.

Where It's Made
Our merino wool pieces are thoughtfully crafted in Vietnam by skilled artisans following RWS guidelines. We believe in producing responsibly and sustainably, ensuring fair working conditions for the people behind our products.
How to Care
- Machine wash on the gentle cycle with cool or cold water and a mild or wool-specific detergent
- Lay flat to dry to preserve shape and softness, or tumble dry on low with similar items
- Hang outside for a few hours to refresh between washes. Merino naturally resists odors and bacteria, so it rarely needs a full wash
Storage
Store in a clean, dry space. Use airtight bags or bins and add cedar blocks or lavender sachets to prevent moths. Wash or air out periodically to remove any residue that may attract them.

Merino comes from our wooly friends, the merino sheep. Unlike polyester/synthetic fabrics that end up in our landfills for hundreds of years (yikes), the baby bodysuit can be composted in six months.

Not with this merino. Superfine merino fibers are soft enough for sensitive newborn skin, with none of the itch people associate with old-school wool sweaters.
Yes, that's the whole point. Merino regulates temperature naturally, so it protects against overheating in summer and keeps baby warm in the cold, all in one layer.
True to size, so you can order with confidence for wherever your baby is right now.
A snap closure at the bottom makes diaper changes quick and easy, no fully undressing your baby.
