The Iksplorer Merino Baselayer Legging is built to be worn under everything — ski pants on the mountain, hiking trousers on the trail, jeans on a cold day in town. Lightweight and slim-fitting, it adds genuine warmth without bulk, and the merino regulates temperature naturally so you stay comfortable as conditions change throughout the day.
The high waist with drawstring is a genuine upgrade from standard elastic waistbands. It sits flat under other waistbands without digging in, and keeps the legging in place through a full day of activity without needing to be pulled up. Customers who tried the updated Fall 2024 version called it a game changer.
Sizing note: The Iksplorer Baselayer Legging fits true to size with a slim, next-to-skin cut. If you are between sizes or have a curvier build through the hips, sizing up will give a more comfortable fit. Note that lighter colourways may be sheerer — size up and layer for those shades.

How to Care
- Machine wash on the gentle cycle with cool or cold water and a mild or wool-specific detergent
- Lay flat to dry to preserve shape and softness, or tumble dry on low with similar items
- Hang outside for a few hours to refresh between washes — merino naturally resists odours and bacteria, so it rarely needs a full wash
Storage
Store in a clean, dry space. Use airtight bags or bins and add cedar blocks or lavender sachets to prevent moths. Wash or air out periodically to remove any residue that may attract them.
